The Business Development Manager leads efforts across the UK and Ireland in the development of sales campaigns and the acquisition of new customers. Working in collaboration with the technical and energy markets team, the successful candidate will be expected to improve workflow and ultimately shorten the sales cycle through collaborative and efficient processes. You will be an integral component in helping the customer to understand how our solutions will revolutionise the efficiency of their business. In addition to proactive new customer identification and conversion, there will be a requirement to seek and deliver opportunities across the company portfolio using bespoke sales propositions to meet complex and diverse requirements.
- 2+ years in Business Development or similar roles
- 2+ years in the Energy sector—ideally selling energy solutions.
- Dedicated ability to identify and manage relationships with both large and small clients.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial individual with ability to self-regulate and self-manage.
