JDR Energy are pleased to announce their associated placement on the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 2015.

As part of the Opus Professional Services Group, JDR Energy has placed as one of the UK’s fastest growing companies, and is a globally recognised and highly acclaimed award.

Established in 2008, as Opus Recruitment Solutions, the Opus Group first made the list in 2012 at their first possible opportunity, placing a respectable 64th on the list described by Sir Richard Branson as the “definitive guide to the UK’s fastest growing businesses”.

They then placed on the list at 54th in 2013, before enjoying an even higher rate of compound growth in 2014, as their compound rate of growth soured through 70% for the 3 year period. This year the global recruitment group have placed at a personal high of 53rd.

Opus Group CEO, Darren Ryemill, comments, “This is an amazing achievement that everyone in the group should be immensely proud of.  Anyone who understands compound growth knows that to be listed once is a phenomenal achievement, but to continue that rate of growth over a 4 year period, with Opus actually placing higher each time on the list is incredible”.

Amazingly, Ryemill still thinks there is considerably more growth and that the firms presence on the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track is far from finished, explaining, ”The way our accounting period works means that we are actually at the end of our next year, and growth for the year, once again, means we have an excellent chance of maintaining a growth rate to be on the list for 5 years.”

Ryemill adds that the targets set for 2016 mean that he is confident that Opus may feature on the 2017 list as well, “The best thing is we are better geared for growth than ever before, with more brands and more geographical offices planned for 2016, the future is even more positive than the story so far.”

The Opus Group is made up of a number of brands, all specialising in niche markets such as IT, Senior Appointments, Global Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, Accountancy and Architecture. The group have offices in Bristol (HQ),  London, New York, Los Angeles, Amsterdam and Sydney.
